Our company is a 100% foreign owned company. The parent company is ISOLITE INSULATING PRODUCTS Co., LTD in Japan. It has been more than 30 years since we expanded into Chemor　(Near Ipoh City), Perak, Malaysia. Our product is a high grade refractory insulation brick called refractory insulation brick. Our factory currently consists of 77 employees and 55 outsourced workers. The total number of class members is 132. Almost all of the products manufactured in our factory are for companies.Our business is steel and non-ferrous metals. Used in cement, glass, aluminium, petrochemicals and many other areas where heat is used. It is essential to key industries around the world and indirectly involved in global economic activities.

2.Chargeman 

Requirements:

  • Holding Chargeman BO-1 certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission).
  • Having some knowledge in trouble shoot repair control panels and PLC circuits.
  • Able to work on 11kVA line.
  • Age limit below 40 (HT BO-1 Chargeman)
  • Age limit below 30 – 40 (LV A0 – A4 Chargeman)
  • Able to work in 3 rotating shifts.

VACANCY FOR CHARGEMAN

Job Description and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire-fighting, plumbing, sewerage, refrigeration, HVAC and other mechanical & electrical services of the facility.
  2. Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH, LAP, JKKP and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.
  3. Manage the operations and maintenance of the facility through self-delivered teams and specialist sub-contractors.
  4. Plan and perform preventive maintenance & reactive/corrective maintenance work to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failures, either through internal teams or subcontractors.
  5. Perform reactive and corrective maintenance during power failures or equipment breakdown.
  6. Attend to all power, equipment and machine failure and rectify accordingly. Ensure installations are safe and legal.
  7. Lead and supervise the work of Maintenance Management team and subcontractors and ensure good operations and maintenance practices are always maintained.
  8. Ensure all statutory regulations are complied with as part of their duties.
  9. Able to attend all electrical control panels including pneumatic and hydraulic controls in the plant.
  10. Having knowledge in PLCs and Robotic controls will add advantage.
  11. Having knowledge and experience in repairing packing machines will add advantage.

 

Requirements

  1. Must have a certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (AO/A1/A4).
  2. Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  3. Good communication and leadership skills with every level of the organisation.
  4. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  5. Preferably with technical qualifications, specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
  6. Comfortable to work on shift basis, weekends and public holidays.
  7. Good personal traits and characteristics, high integrity, trustworthy, reliable and honest.
